John & Rosalinda Barajas have been in the restaurant industry for over four decades.  John began in the restaurant service industry as a technician in 1980. After operating Service All Stove and Range as a one man show, he opened a shop in Hazel Crest, IL where he began to expand his business. 

After many successful years in the service industry they decided to branch into the equipment side and Samco Restaurant Equipment was born. 

In 2007 the companies moved to Blue Island and built a 20,000+ sq ft indoor/outdoor showroom open to the public.

 In 2020 they purchased local business Chicago Stove and grew their restaurant clientele even bigger. With the help of their loyal team and daughters, they strive to exceed expectations when it comes to restaurant needs and customer satisfaction.
